​Priority Shipping

Our standard shipping method is US Priority Mail and is guaranteed within 3-5 days of the shipping date. International orders are delivered within 7-10 days of the shipping date.  International orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes or custom fees and SHINAIKO is not responsible for these charges. In addition, Free USPS Tracking is provided. 



Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands) and APO/FPO are considered on-demand regions, and may require a little more time for delivery. These destinations outside the continental US usually require 3-6 days for delivery. APO/FPO delivery overseas can take up to 2-3 weeks.



Payments
Full payment is preferred in order to keep our record system in order. However, if you have big order and are required to pay a big amount.  I will consider to break up it into 2 payments only ( production cost & fabric/material cost). Please be considered of this because breaking up a payment will require changes or additional charges with TAX. When an invoice is canceled, Paypal will  still take that invoice # into it's system and keep in on record. Therefore, destroying the number system of our invoices. Please be considerate of this, this is important to have SERIOUS BUYERS only.  ****Once an invoice is sent, the person will have up to 3 days to pay or it will be canceled. 



No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges. 

It is the responsibility of the client to submit his  or her measurements accordingly to the measurement chart and/or when additional measurements are asked for. SHINAIKO's team is not responsible for a garment that is too big or small. We make the costumes according to the measurements provided by the client  Same goes for prop, shoe, and wig styling. It is the responsibility of the client to provide as many reference photos possible to provide the best end result. We do our best to communicate what is required of us and what you want. So please try to be as clear as possible when requesting our services and exactly what you want.  



Alteration/Tailoring

 I do offer FREE alteration/tailoring​ on costumes only. This is an option to get your costume fixed or altered if the end result from our team is not as adequate  as you would like. This is my own personal offer to my client since we are only  available to exchange measurements and such through online. We will do the extra time to fix our mistakes. However, we do request that the  client  is responsible for the additional shipping to return to us and for the return back. In addition, there will be no remakes of a whole garment or whole pieces. If there is a request as such there will be an additional charge to re-purchase materials and in some cases an additional charge for productgion.
